Welcome, I am so happy you’re here!
I’m a faith-informed Associate Marriage & Family Therapist based in San Ramon, offering therapy to children, teens, and adults navigating life’s many challenges. I graduated with my M.S in Marriage & Family Therapy from CSU East Bay. I have also been involved in research about how religions intersect, helping collect data and researching multiculturalism. I provide therapy that honors the intersection of culture/religion identities within American society.
Culturally aware. Spiritually grounded.
I believe healing looks different for everyone, and I’m dedicated to walking alongside you as you discover what wellness means for you. My approach is client-centered, meaning I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental, and empathetic space where you can process your emotions safely and honestly.
I’m especially passionate about exploring the influence of culture, faith, and identity in your mental health journey. As a first-generation Palestinian Muslim woman born and raised in the U.S., I deeply understand the layered experiences that can come with holding multiple identities. The tension between cultures, expectations, and personal growth is real, and you don’t have to navigate that complexity alone.
All stories matter here, regardless of your background. I hold space for the ways your cultural and spiritual experiences shape who you are and who you are becoming.
I take a holistic approach to therapy, honoring the interconnectedness of your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I use a blend of evidence-based methods and culturally responsive care tailored to your individual needs. My role is to meet you exactly where you are — with presence and compassion and help you explore the roots of your thoughts, feelings, and patterns, so we can work together toward lasting change.
You deserve to be seen, supported, and heard. This space is for you.
